Rats, I was hoping that this community was going to be a refuge from the childishness that has been happening everywhere else. It seemed like we were doing good for a while.

I'd say wait until the primary was over but apparently that's considered inflammatory now -_-

though seriously, I think this comm will get more pleasant during the GE. primaries are always kind of ugly.

i would like to see more discussion on this issue tbh. i know bernie has said he is evolving on issues on the campaign so if this becomes a bigger issue i could see bernie changing his mind on things where he is so-so on ( ... )

independent of the articles' points, i can honestly say this - i'm someone who is trying to immigrate into the USA right now (i'm a student rn who is about to graduate), and nearly all of my options are at least partially obstructed by sanders' policies and aided by clinton's, and i am someone who has resources that not everyone does. i can say the same of many others. he IS weak on immigration, a huge dealbreaker for me.
