And I mean, my dad went through an EXTREME fundie phase (of the "music in different languages is really witches casting spells to sign a contract with Satan for your soul, because you can't understand what they're saying" variety of bizarreness) and even when he was pulling THAT crap he was of the opinion that Creationists who refuse to acknowledge Science are absolutely insane (his words, with quite a bit more profanity added to them that I am not going to repeat here).
