So instead of pandering to the weak women with the pills and medication they require cheaply, we're going to empower them with BOOTSTRAPS so they know they're strong enough to either not need them or to otherwise afford them at ridiculous prices!

And Republicans want to punish women for their libidos by forcing them to bear children. Because men can libido all over the place but they don't have to pay the price women do. Contraception liberates women from the liability of their gender. Abortion frees women from a life-long commitment that they may not be prepared (for any number of reasons) to pay. And it saves them from dying when they can't get it safely and legally.
