This is a step in the right direction but it's going to be a longgggggggggggggggg fight so everyone keep on keepin' on! Plus the provisions won't be going into effect so HA-HA.

I read that quote from Perry while at lunch and was having a hard time figuring out exactly what he was getting at because my immediate reaction was "abortion? horror stories? isn't that what's going to happen if this law goes into effect?"

Well, Perry is a white male Republican so I assume to him 'abortion horror stories' would be something like "A pregnant woman made the decision to get an abortion, so she went to a safe and affordable clinic and received one."
