I don't have a problem with pride organizers deciding that they want to keep things appropriate for all ages, but for the city to do this sounds ridiculous, especially since we are talking about a one day event that should be pretty damned easy to avoid if someone isn't interested.
I don't think it's necessarily an 'OMG, pedos!' thing, as much as an 'OMG, childrens might see body parts!' one considering women's breasts can't be bared either. Ridic. I wish we -as a country- would be half as upset over violence (including sexual assault) and homelessness and so on as we are over a nip slip or being able to see the contours of a guy's package.

I'm not surprised about the crackdown. Some of the cities around Dallas have been passing regulations and cracking down on "indecent attire". A restaurant chain, Redneck Heaven, hold/held Anything But Clothes nights in which the servers (all young females) wear anything but clothes. They were infamous for wearing panties and body paint.
It has become a hot topic for some of the cities around here.
Not anymore. Once it was actually reported to Lewisville officials, regulations were passed to ban it. Other cities are passing similar laws/regulations banning indecent attire.
