America: where the police go around staring at your junk and arresting you for having a boner.
And on the matter of children, a) lots of children have had erections, and b) when I was little I probably would have been completely oblivious had I encountered someone with a visible but clothed erection.
There's nothing like babysitting a young boy who suddenly exclaims "My peepee is hard!" Was not aware young boys had erections until then.
Also, yeah: like kids would notice anything, especially at a parade where I assume there will be lots of colorful costumes and other far more interesting things to look at then men's crotches.
At Pride in NYC there are dozens of marchers who are naked, or scantily clothed, and also dozens of (hundreds?) children. In fact, I remember a few years ago a float of strippers was in front of the contingent pushing strollers with kids on their necks. It was kind of glorious.
"Also gone from parade entries this year will be women with bare breasts and only "pasties" or tape covering their nipples, according to Jeremy Liebbe, co-commander of security for the event."
If women have to cover their breasts, mean should have to as well. I still don't understand why we have a double standard here...

Granted, I don't watch for erections but I don't recall ever seeing one at a Pride event. I'm pretty sure this wasn't an issue for kids either. FFS
