this is far from over. I don't think Snyder realizes how big the hornet's nest is that he just kicked

This. My grandmother is predicting that he's going to have to hide his head for a while lest it get metaphorically chopped off. I'm still trying to figure out why MI elected him in the first place. -_- I see a lot of people saying "omg!! this isn't what he campaigned on!" on facebook.

My father is a dyed in the wool Republican. We'd had some pretty heated fights about Snyder in the past. He is PISSED about this, and says he is sorry that he voted for him. I've never seen him about face like that.

Michigan Right-To-Work Bill Approved By Republican-Dominated House

I agree with James Hoffa, in his interview on CNN. He said that this issue shouldn't be decided by a lame duck legislature. It's an issue important enough to put on a ballot.

And from the article:

Snyder, a business executive-turned-governor, and the Legislature's GOP majority used their political muscle to rapidly introduce and ramrod legislation through the Michigan House and Senate in a single day last week.

The new american way, now openly promoted, I guess: Be grateful you have a job that pays you a pittance, sucker, and too bad about that insurance or safe working conditions.

Bangladesh wasn't the labor role model, last I checked. Why are republicans so keen to see it here? It won't bring jobs back.

Hope Snyder gets his arse figuratively kicked into the retrograde years and countries he so admires.
