Ok, first I'll self-promote a bit: I made this mix ages ago and it includes nearly all the songs featured in the show.

What I love about the music of the show is the huge diversity. And also the fact that it introduced me to Patsy Cline.

I think if Lost was directed in a different way, they could use some Air music. It would definitely suit the mystery of the island imo.

AND OF COURSE THIS COULD BE USED IN AB AETERNO:

My cousin and I always sing the Lost intro.

"Looooossst..."

Fun times.

And of course, the sad and hopeful background themes never fail to tug my heart strings. Some of the most recognizable TV music ever, fo sho.

I kind of wanted the Love Story theme to play every time Jack cried. It's so perfectly melodramatic:

Yeah, there are three different version that I know of. I would bet that one's the original and not Andy Williams, haha.
