I have been worried about a time loop ending ever since I found out that The Powers That Be love The Dark Tower so much. I really do want some kind of resolution for the characters.

I know I'm like, totally in the minority, but I loved the way the Dark Tower Series ended, and if LOST ended the same way...well, I could think of way worse ways for it to end.

I guess the idea in general doesn't really bother me, per se, I've just always felt like it was kind of a cop-out for grand, sprawling storylines to end with 'and then it starts all over again you gais lol'.

Now, I have seen it pulled off well before (Dhalgren, anyone?) and if anyone else was going to make that list it would be the folks of Lost.
