Am I the only one who cringes and feels anxious everytime when reading the news about Torres? It must be my Spaniard-loving heart, but I can't help but root for him and wish he got back to good/decent form and all this talk about Milan giving him up for free or him almost being out of options is kind of embarrassing.

Just finished watching that video on De Gea - wow. Great improvement!

Torres isn't even my fave but I feel really sorry for him right now. :( Only 30 and his best years seem to be way behind him now. He's been linked to a move to Napoli so maybe reuniting with Rafa might do him some good.

Manchester United had the nous to coach David de Gea as soon as he landed and de Gea had the smarts to asborb all the coaching. He's gone from eating too much tacos and training poorly to having the legend that is Hoek training him now

*sighs* Oh Torres. He left Liverpool under a cloud, didn't do that great at Chelsea, was a damp squib at Milan-- I guess he has to serve out his contract (he's getting paid either way) and after that Torres should just do a fast fade. It's for the best that he doesn't come back to England, truly. I'm sure he has enough money (if he's saved wisely) to just chill until he finds another calling in life.

Can't they send Mignolet to train with De Gea?
He really was a good goalkeeper and now his confidence is completely shattered.

Bayern Munich tell Man Utd and Liverpool to pay £16m for Shaqiri after Odegaard capture. http://www.express.co.uk/sport/football/547185/Xherdan-Shaqiri-Martin-Odegaard-Manchester-United-Liverpool-transfer-news

Shaqiri is a terrible player though. LFC has enough of those.

Shaqiri is not that terrible, but the fact he likes to bitch about not having enough playing time and being shitty most of the time when he actually gets to play does not do him any favors. He does have his moments, tho (like hattrick in the World Cup, etc). But £16m for him? no way. HAHAHA!

He overthinks, tries to do too much and his brother-agent seems to be a nuisance. He's not that great either, and to be fair, we still have unused talent sitting on the bench.
