Apparently Dave Whelan is also being investigated for racism. (Source)

Someone hand this man a UKIP application form, please.

How did I miss this? SMH. No wonder why Mackay got the nod. Hold up, let me amend the post. WTF? Thanks for the heads up, mate

Don't worry, he has loads of Chinese and Jewish friends! (yes, Whelan said that)

Oh, yeah. This just in! Zizou-gate has finally reached a dramatic conclusion!!

The Court of Arbitration in Sport has ruled in favor of Madrid's appeal to lift the three-month ban on Zinedine Zidane. (source)

Good on him. In other drama, Lionel Messi might leave Barcelona to avoid the tax jail threat.

..... jesus. This is so wild. I mean, I don't really think he's going to leave. But it's certainly an interesting angle to by with the rumors.

yeah, but I mean... calling it an 'embarrassment' if he doesn't win is a bit over-dramatic. now the Ballon d'Or is basically a Messi x C. Ronaldo competition anyway.

Can Ballon d'Or be presented already?! mundodeamor November 21 2014, 17:02:37 UTC
I'm so tired of the whole thing and it's not even December yet - at this point I don't even care who wins it anymore, just get it over with. I'm sick of the Real camp bullying the press/public into Ronaldo winning. It seems similar to a political campaign now. I get it that his teammates (and coaches/friends) root for him, but saying that ''if another player wins the Ballon d'Or they should be embarrassed'' is a bit low. I see no reason why Neuer, for example, should feel embarrassed if he manages to win it.

Damn, I'm rooting for Neuer to win it, just to break up the tug of war between Ronaldo and Messi. Just to shut the tumblr people who are on a crusade for 'King Cristiano'.

exactly!

I miss the simpler times, when each year a different player would win the Ballon d'Or...

Anyone has a spare £7 million lying around? That's Cech's buyout clause from Chelsea

I didn't know he had a buyout clause, but I read something about him going to Arsenal. However, Mou promises (lol) that Cech hasn't come to him about accepting any proposal.

Lol, I can't trust Mou about these things anymore. I love Cech but that Arsenal rumor is downright terrifying.
