I am definitely interested, but I was a little bit confused.
We can write more than one fic, and we're just posting within the time period and we get a total word count overall? I read through the FAQs but it's 1PM and my brain hasn't fully functioned yet.

Yep. Basically, it's a "marathon" of whatever you can write and post during the wiring period timeframe. All of it together will count as your personal word count, and every fic you write of any given pairing will count toward that 'Team' combined word count. Make sense?

This is such a great cause. I lost my mom to brain cancer two years ago and it's such a scary disease with so little hope and scandalously little research when compared to many other kinds of cancers. I really hope ontd_ai can get involved with this the way we did with DonorsChoose and Haiti. At least somewhat.

I am so sorry, honey. ♥ Once Sponsorship opens, we're going to have an option to just donate a flat amount too. So in case people who aren't all that into fic but want to contribute to our overall total can. I think this has the potential to raise a lot of money for a very worthy cause. Every little cent will help, right?

Yeah, you never know where the fic will take you, so I made sure to make it clear that all pledges are completely flexible to change in case things get out of hand lol.
