Trying to gauge the scene, Cagalia called out to Susan - partly to check in and partly so Kurama would know she was an ally, "Officer! Looks like you found your culprit after all, huh? Sorry we're late..."
She trained the gun on the... boy? Oh great. Well, starting them young now... she knew too well of that.
"If you've already given the Officer trouble, then I doubt you're going to come quietly, huh punk?" She sent a two bullets flying at his feet - warning shots, never expecting them to hit anything but she had gotten in trouble numerous times before with the previous Inspectors for not doing it at all.
Out of the side of her mouth, she whispered, "Don't sound so disappointed, honey, just move if he does!"

Knowing his mother, trusting her not to move once she saw him start, Kurama flicked his hands up again, revolvers thundering at the thief.
No one touched his mother. No one.
That whole teleportation thing was going to get interesting, but Kurama would deal with that later.

She thought about holstering the gun again, but tossed up and behind her instead. Then, she did a backflip out of the way - hoping that her boots might actually catch him in the chin or gut if he didn't dodge Kurama's bullets properly.
As she righted herself, she caught the gun and trained it on the punk again, watching to see how he reacted.

Still, he had to admit, it was funny seeing the male's tail fluff up like that as it was electrocuted.
Really. He didn't even need teleportation for this. Weaving among the bullets, dodging easily, his movement pattern erratic and just barely evading the kick, though it did give him a great view of those long legs.
"Not bad, not bad..."
Of course, the problem with throwing her gun then moving back to catch it was that it made her movement perfectly predictable and just as she righted herself, she found him to her left, crouched low and initiating a leg sweep on her, in addition to putting her between himself and the fox-boy's bullets.
