... It smells like smoke. Like something burning.

As I understand it, there is a company doing some landscaping-- hence the fire. It would appear they are leveling a forest.

I'm not sure what the name of the company is-- but it seems that Mister Tseng Liu is a prominent employee.

I'm sorry, but I think the landscaping is already underway.
