Hmm. Things are okay. My calf is getting better and I did about two miles' worth of limping around today. It was just nice to be moving around outside. I want to start up my old strength routine. I can hardly remember what it included! Squats, push-ups, sit ups, leg raises, dips, curls... I think that was it. No, I did reverse crunches too... urgh
