So I was reading the first chapter from Monday Mornings and felt compelled to search out this favorite bit from Doctor Who. And then this bit always makes me think of two other Doctor/River moments that I love to re-watch so I'll post those under the cut.

A friend on fb posted about Nerd Laquer and now I'm utterly obsessed. I was able to get in while the etsy shop was open for a little bit. I got I Think You Call Me...Sexy, Shiny, and Warrior Ethos. Monday we made tamales again. Ugh it was a 10 hour day and we were all DEAD afterward. I think some of the tamale makers were trying to stuff waaay too much meat into the tamales. I went shopping with my SIL this morning at JC Pennys. They were having a clearance sale and lots of things were marked waaaay down. I spent $72 and got 3 bras, 3 pairs of underwear, 4 dresses, 2 skirts, 2 sweaters, 2 t shirts, 1 sweatshirt, and a pair of yoga pants. We got Burger King for dinner tonight and James got a Kids Meal. It comes in this box with things to punch out. There were all these little like 2x2 inch cards you could give to people. James gave me one that said "The Best Mom Ever Award" and one that was "Good for One Free Hug". I was oddly touched by it. It isn't like he wrote them up ( Read more... )

Ugh, William started messing with the DVR again and Ringer didn't tape. It was apparently a concious decison that James related in detail. - Lately PMS has been hitting me waay too hard. Grouchy, sore breasts, cravings, exhaustion, etc. Plus I'm on a 24 day cycle so it can happen twice in a month. I know I've been begging for menopause for a while but I'd really prefer it to come all at once instead of dragging its feet like this.
