Although this is my exam week, when I saw the new chapter, I didn't hesitate at all. It was so good again, I really hate Nora/Barney thing now because of Nora's opinion about fate and other things which are related with Barney. And this chapter is just so good for Barney/Robin relationship, especially that growing up matter. When the conversation is serious, there is always word, growing up. And actually it made me feel super proud like Lily. And Lily is the best character in that part, you're writing like the real episode and I really like it

Hah, I just had to slip the martini in there. I have a love for Lily/Robin. :P

I have kind of come to the conclusion that Nora and Robin's crush should get together. And that is now my season 7 head canon.

Yes, an update! I loved this chapter. I'm glad Robin tried things out with Matt and then ended it when she realized the relationship wasn't working out.

I also love the talk Barney and Robin had at the end. And LOL at Robin telling Lily how good Barney was in bed when she was drunk and Lily asking if Matt was "Barney good".

Can't wait for next chapter!

Oh good, I'm glad you liked the talk at the end. I was afraid for the minute there that they were going to seem too functional/grown up or something. But I thought it made sense in terms of the story. I'm glad it translated well! Thank you. :)

I think they are growing up. I mean, not ALL the time, they can obviously both still be silly and commitmentphobe and everything. But the finale this season gave us every reason to think that they can have sensible conversations. Myself, I believe they always could have, but that Ted didn't report on those!

I completely agree. I think that they are finally in a place where they can have talks like those when they need to because they honestly have done a lot of maturing. They understand each other well enough to where I think it's always been an ability of theirs, it's just easier for them to have them now that they've grown up a bit. I think they've kind of both realized what's important to them, and it's made communication easier now that they both seem to know what they want.

I loved that Lily handed Robin a martini. In fact, I loved all of Lily's parts. You did a good job with her character. :)

Also, I loved Barney and Robin's conversation at the end. Growing up can be a good thing.
