I loved Robin freaking out on Barney and them finally acknowledging that hey, they used to date. I can only hope the show lets them have an honest conversation at some point this season. And I loved Barney admitting that Robin is his best friend. The part at the end was sad, with Robin thinking this is the best she's going to get, but I still got the warm fuzzies from them hanging out watching TV.

I'm looking forward to the next part!

Ugh, yes, exactly, I just really want them to have an honest conversation like this because they are growing up and maturing and are finally getting to a place where they CAN be honest with each other if they work hard enough. Thank you!

Aww... poor Barney! That image of him standing at the door with tears in his eyes looking for Ted is tooo adorable!! :D

And I totally clapped out loud when Robin called him out for not including her into his "relationships"... I hate that they don't seem to mention it much on the show.

Agreed. I really wish they would mention their romantic past more on the show.

So much good stuff here - I loved Robin responding to the unexpected knock with her gun in hand...and how fast she put it away when she saw it was Barney, and upset Barney at that. I liked how he was both numb and self-flagellating, and Robin had the right mix of support and anger here.

The dialogue felt like them, and I loved Barney admitting that Robin is his best friend - especially the "don't tell Ted" part.
