Yesterday I have they day off which is good because the kids did, too and Kristin had to work. So in the morning we just kinda chilled a lot. How moderne I yam. I'm at an internet cafe, sipping some baddass java and surfing in style. Title Wave Books is a cool used book store which also sells used CDs and has this internet cafe attached. We had to run the Scooby Doo DVDs back to Blockbuster tonight and when Katy got out the door she immediately pointed at the sky and exclaimed "Look at the Moon! It's so pritt-tee! I LOVE it!" I am in Metlakatla. Yesterday Mom asked me to come down here to be the one to tell Mohamed she's got cancer on her lung and has to do chemo and has to go through more procedures to treat the vile invader. I'm such a rock star! I had a great time at the concert Sat night. I chose not to drink so I could drive myself home and anyone else who may have needed a ride afterwards and also so I could just focus on the music. Back at work today. Feels good, though a little strange. I took Monday off for Annual leave and then was sick Wed and Thur. I am taking almost two weeks off next month too, for Spring break and for teacher conference/in-service days.
