There also is anger--even to the point of rage--frustration, confusion, and grief, but they are all carefully and well covered, tamped down far beneath the surface layers, so carefully as to be almost hidden from Sephiroth himself, but none of that negative emotion has anything to do with her.
(Even further down, Jenova lies sleeping, a very different entity altogether, but without enough cells to make up a true consciousness yet.)
