At least you have savings I guess. I had to cope using my credit card, so technically, I'm still paying for the 3 extractions and the filling (not to mention the General Anaesthetic), though admittedly, mine didn't cost anywhere near what yours is going to.
By the way, some handy advice: Extractions are a lot cheaper and easier than Root Canal work, and I dare say, cheaper than a full crown. So you'll be a few teeth missing. It'll make kissing more interesting ;-)
Technically you can save on anesthetic by having the root canal the weekend after Requiem. Sit back in the chair, big smile on your face and say "do your worst!". :)
