Beth and I rented The Departed and Little Miss Sunshine yesterday so we could catch up on the Oscar nominees before Sunday--then realized American Idol was on for two hours, so we didn't get a chance to watch either of them. I haven't been following AI because, if I'm not working, then I'm up at Borders revising. So last night was a fun change. ( Read more... )

How on EARTH can you report something like that so casually??? And not even first in your post! It is A BIG DEAL whether it gets made or not - your first Producer contacting you!

And I've always wanted to say, "Talk to my agent" lol--which is exactly what I did. More nicely, of course. But yeah, it's exciting!

Very cool! As far as the movie (not) being made ... I believe there's some Hollywood saying, something about may your option never be exercised but picked up again and again and again. (More bucks that way.)Still, who doesn't dream of the movie? Exciting!
