1) Will is an Old One, a being of the Light and Old Magic who is "loosely placed in time."  He's been called a wizard in canon, but he's definitely more of a metaphysical being.  He can sense other metaphysical beings, although whether it's only in person or not depends on how powerful they are, and they can sense him in turn.  Anyone who's human

1) Light, man, TOTAL LIGHT. Created by the robotGod of Light/Life/Creation/ect and still firmly on said side, though he arguably fights for 'balance'
2) Permission granted for this if you wanna use it!
3) Vector can't move through time unless you count his portal-like spacebridge that moves through spacetime; permission granted if you want Will to be able to sense it. But he's got a similar sensitivity. REVERSE PERMISSION REQUEST; if Will is 'loosely placed in time', that means he'd make a pretty od imprint on spacetime, y/n?

Cade Skywalker...I don't think he'd really affect this. He's chaotic neutral, is a former Jedi. /SHRUG

Hmm, I think that's a little outside his abilities. Maybe if he were one of the great masters! But he's not.

Oh yes. I'm not really even sure how to describe it; maybe that he's both a part of the world and not a part of it at once? But yes, definitely a unique impression.

Re: Cade - Will can sort of sense Jedi (or at least, once upon a time did with Obi-Wan) but maybe not former Jedi? Idk, it's up to you really. Jedi are kind of an in-between area, I think.

Hellboy's a demon, and pretty much the crown prince of Hell if Will is able to sense that sort of thing, so Will can feel free to sense him, but he's more associated with the Light, being a good guy whose blood causes lilies to grow and all that stuff.
