next week I sign up for classes for next quarter. I have 9 credits I have to take, I need 12 to be full time. So I need to take an elective, which I don't need. I have decided on either Culinary History or Personal Chef. I think I am kind of leaning towards Personal Chef because it will help me, I believe it will focus on cooking for special

no, I have a quarter after the one I am signing up for, but that is already set as to what I am taking, a kitchen class and externship. The quarter I am about to sign up for is kitchen and some externship prep class which is pretty stupid, but that is 9 credits with those 2 classes, so I need another 3 credits to be full time.
