next week I sign up for classes for next quarter. I have 9 credits I have to take, I need 12 to be full time. So I need to take an elective, which I don't need. I have decided on either Culinary History or Personal Chef. I think I am kind of leaning towards Personal Chef because it will help me, I believe it will focus on cooking for special needs (and for what I want to do, vegan/vegetarian would be "special need"). I think Culinary History could help to, it would show why foods developed the way they did, then I would know the rules and how to break them. So while I am leaning more towards one, I'm still debating, any suggestions would be appreciated.
PS. I have this project where we all drew food items from a hat and have to write a paper on it, including recipes. Well I got "chocolate" which everyone thought would be so easy, but I knew it wouldn't. See, I can't just list desserts, which is why everyone thought it would be easy. The history part of the project is easy, but I need recipes that aren't desserts. I can only include so many chocolate mole's.
