[ Coughing. Unlike the ash-induced coughing, it's pretty wet sounding. ] It's not just Miss Euphy and Hanekoma-san... Why are so many people losing their memories...? There must be some sort of reason.

Can lost memories be regained...?

And... [ Coughing. ] I feel a little sick...

a bit sickly, captain obvious, voice, your health is low!, public service announcement, she has pneumonia

It's difficult to say... though if this city has anything to do with the cause, it's likely they'll return.

I hope so, but...

To be honest, I've never heard of anything like that happening... outside of TV.

Perhaps, but this place is notorious for doing things that can't happen in many worlds.

I think that's all it is. I have a mask now, but I'm still coughing a little...

I'm sorry. I don't mean to worry people. It's just the ash...

I know a bit about medicine. Could you take a deep breath and let it out?

O... oh. Okay...

[ This feels kinda weird, doing it over the communicator. After a quick pause, she starts to take that breath, only to stop short, from sudden pain; the exhale turns into another cough, which continues for a moment. Very wet, like she's coughing up something. Which. Yeah. ]

... If you're that sick, go see a doctor. There's no point just waiting it out.

... I don't know if I can walk over to the hospital like this... I'm hoping one will respond and be willing to come visit. [ Cough, cough. ] I have a fever, too.

But it's not really a big deal. I've always been a little sickly, so I'm fine with a fever and cough.

Then you should be staying at the hospital.

[There's a lot of tension in his voice... he's in a very bad mood at the moment.]

You shouldn't be fine with that shit in this place. I'll take you over there.

It's really okay... [ And this is her trying not to cough. She senses that tension and so her instinct is to shy away. ]

W-what I meant was, since I'm used to being sick, I know how to handle it. I'll ask a doctor... you don't have to trouble yourself... [ Shy awaaaay. Angry people = NG. ]
