I have been having a pretty stressful week but there was a silver lining, my birthday just happened. I had a very chill day with my extended family. I finally knew I had too much when I started withdrawing to the outdoor balcony(it was rainy and dreary)...my husband knew the signs and helped people understand that I needed to go.
