well, i think both sides of the coin tend to get shafted equally :p
but i've realized that i need to be proactive about not getting shafted...
no more pining away for that unrequited love...no more waiting for her to "come around."
don't get me wrong, i'll still always have my girl friends' backs...esp if they are dealing with an a-hole bf..but im not going to just sit and wait for them to "see the light"....
hope that makes sense ;)

Well, I know this is way late, but this part of your journal really interested me and I needed to bring my thoughts to the board. First, it is unfortunate that nice people finish last. However, there are a lot of nice guys that do finish last...not just girls. I believe that a lot of guys are jerks and need to love their girlfriends/spouses....but there are a lot of nice guys that get screwed as well. Like they say, the bad girl wants to date the a-hole, but wants to marry the nice guy.

As a nice guy, hey I know how it feels to be played and not respected by girls. I know this was a nice girls thing and not just a journal about nice guys, but I at least thought that I should let you know that you are not alone. Threre is somebody out there for somebody, but rarely do they find them. Oh well, I always say it is better to be hated for something you are than liked for something your not!

Most people like Nice with a spoonful of Naughty. Girls as well as boys. But hell, a girl I can really TRUST is a gem.
