Date/Time: 'A Wedding & Two Funerals', Thursday, October 1st, 1981, late evening Location: Empty Hallway Open To: Anyone, especially Snape or Pat Currently Involving: Andra
"What..." he drawled out, grinning as he strolled down the hall and towards her "...in Merlin's name have you been doing?"
As he came to a hault in front of her, arms folded over his chest. He looked somewhat amused, a touch confused, and definately curious. Somewhere in the back of his mind, however, that worry was ringing like the chapel bells, but he tried to push it away.
Surely his girlfriend could stand around, innocently sweaty and in her dancer's clothes, but not having actually.. you know, danced with someone to the point that she got sweaty and flustered as she was when he found her.
Surely.
He cleared his throat, then quirked a brow as eyes travelled over her. "...long day?"
Andra whirled around quickly, the bottle poised at her lips before drinking. She smiled, swallowed, and pulled it back from her lips. "Hi," she whispered, a look of ease coming over her face. Thank God, the last thing she needed was to be caught without a buddy.
...Should that have really been her first thought at seeing her boyfriend?
She shook her head, screwing the cap back on as he approached. "Long evening," she replied. "Danny and I salsa danced!" She was obviously very excited about their meeting; it shown all over her face.
Patrick's smile hardened just a touch. "Salsa dancing with Danny? Why?" he asked, then nonchalantly moved to lean against the stone wall at her side. Well, that didn't make at touch of sense at all. He suddenly felt daft for not offering to teach Nadia how to dance, since she seemed so interested in it. If Andra could get other dance partners, surely he could as well.
Though, he had thought she wouldn't have, so he didn't either. Hm.
He looked off, glancing down the hallway in faux interest of something really nice down there that surely he could look at. "I hadn't realised Danny danced.'
"I didn't know it either," she replied, still smiling silly. Usually, she would have picked up on his unease, she would have asked him what was wrong -- but she was caught up in her post-adrenaline rush.
"But when I found out... he said that he learned in clubs, and so I figured he had much more fluid moves. He showed me how to improvise, et cetera." She smiled wider, reaching out and poking his side playfully.
"I've got some sexy new moves," she whispered, winking lightly.
