"I'm very sure," she assured Susan holding out her arms for Rickon - not that she expected it to be that easy. "Of course you want to go to the clinic, Rickon's quite welcome here everyday for as long as you need."
"Not," said Eddara crossly, picking up the toast again and splatting it on the table butter side down smushing it into a mess.

Susan despaired at how this day was going to turn out. "Do you mind if I stay for a few minutes to let him calm down?" If she sat here with Rickon for a bit and had a cup of tea with Sansa, perhaps he would calm down enough to let her go.

Eddara reached for more toast and Sansa moved it out of reach, "finish your eggs please first Eddara," she told her. "If you haven't any toast left it's your own fault."
Eddara picked at the eggs for a moment and then declared they were "Ick!" as well and slipped out of her chair and ran for her room. Rickon was still clinging to Susan and Sansa felt slightly useless - she did not feel like very much help to Susan at that moment and she smoothed a hand over Rickon's back so he could get used to her a bit more slowly.

Rickon rubbed at his eyes and then looked somewhat interestedly at the plate of toast. Susan handed him a piece and he gnawed on it a little, looking slightly pacified even when Eddara said "ick!" again and ran off.
"Tea would be lovely, thank you," she said. "But just tea." Her stomach didn't feel up to eggs and even the piece of toast Rickon was nibbling on made her feel queasy. "Rickon ate this morning but I didn't feel up to anything. If Jon hasn't eaten when I get there, I'll get him something from the kitchen and eat with him, maybe."
