My bike

I’ve owned my bike for 10 years, I bought it at a security auction for $35, and have probably put three or four hundred dollars into since, so it’s been a really good deal

I think it would be best to fix your bike, and then spend time shopping around and getting what you *really* want, or waiting for another great deal to come along. *so says the girl who deliberates way too much about EVERY decision*

Then again, if you can manage a week or so without a bike, maybe you should just get a new one now. See, I'm really no help :P

I opted to fix the bike and they found a good condition used front wheel, so that is good. I'm going to pick it up this morning.

This will allow me to decide what I really want in a new bike.

I think that's a solid decision.

I need to start using my bike again! We left them at my mom's house and have gotten out of the habit of biking or walking in the evening.

When I went to get the bike, they showed me pretty seven gear bikes. I'll have to go cycle one around the neighbourhood at some point and see if the pretty stands up.

Do you have a fair amount of storage at your house?
