In The Zone Agility Day 2

Today was MUCH better than yesterday!  The only bad thing was that despite the schedule on the website assuring me that Jumpers was going to be the first and second class of the day, they were doing Regular when I got there at the crack of dawn.  So I had to wait again (but not as long as before).

I disagree about the not making time if a mistake is made. Novice class usually has a lot of extra time, and if refusals like that do not get called as a disqualifying fault I think you were right to go for it.

I am very glad I did! NADAC has no refusals, so no points lost there.

Thanks! I did a happy dance, too. Yes, it was NADAC--that's the only venue we can do right now because, uh, we don't have reliable weaves or contacts (and don't even think about the teeter) in our repertoire yet. :) Hooray for jumps and tunnels!

Thank you! Hahaha, I know I am such a dork. I actually drew our first course of the day on a piece of paper so I wouldn't forget it.

They don't have copies of course maps for every exhibitor? All the trials around here do, but then I've never gone to a NADAC trial... just every other venue... except DOCNA also... well, and AAC if you want to get technical... and UKC, but they don't have any trials anywhere near here!

No, I don't know if it's a NADAC thing, but we didn't get them here or at my last trial. :( At this one they didn't even have the course map displayed anywhere--I had no clue what the course was until the walk-through!
