I might write some of these myself, but I'd be thrilled if someone else writes them too.

-- What became of Vernon, Petunia, and Big D?

-- Mentor!Moody and trainee Auror Tonks.

-- Any or all of Kingsley, Remus, Fred, and Lee being underground journalists.

-- Does George carry on with the joke shop?

-- Ghost!Pettigrew tries to make amends.

For some serious ones:

-- Remus and Tonks' deaths: either how they happened, or who found them, or both.

-- Andromeda with baby Teddy, after the war.

-- Neville standing up for a younger classmate during the seventh book, and generally being the hero of Hogwarts.

-- Post-war Draco meeting his cousin Teddy for the first time.

-- George comforting Percy while they both mourn Fred.

And some funny ones:

-- Lakeside vacation with the Potters and Weasleys (plus Teddy). Bonus points for James II trying to prank Teddy everyone and getting in over his head. More points for Lily falling Teddy around like a lovestruck puppy. :D

-- Marauders afterlife. Snape can come too. :)

-- the scene where James II interrupts Teddy and Victoire and Teddy makes him go away. :D
