I really wish I knew who was the author of this particular piece of filk.

If you google for his name and some fragments of the lyrics, you'll find some references, including an old usenet post from Jordin Kare. The links I saw to actual lyrics were all broken though.

Found this through google while looking for the full song. The version I learned was by Andrew MacRobb, and it went:

Oh, dear, where can the matter be
When it's converted to energy?
There's that slight loss of entropy
Thermodynamics ain't fair!

There were also verses for each of the three laws, which were what I was trying to find.
