Sparkpeople.com is an awesome, awesome site for keeping track of what you're eating, logging fitness hours, measuring your progress and meeting supportive, like-minded people. This site worked out so well for me last summer, until I moved back into student housing and didn't have access to a home gym in my basement or to my free yoga classes. Honestly, I can't recommend this site enough; it's a wonderful community with so many great resources like message boards, articles, healthy recipes, workout videos, etc. Check it out

congrats on making these decisions! it's really nice to see people make goals like this. :)
if you need any help with the healthy eating, i can be your girl. and especially healthy veg eating. :D
and a little starter note, don't go super regimental with your eating. eat when you're hungry, then stop after a portion. and of course make sure what you're eating isn't going to kill you. :)
if you go full tilt and schedule eating and stuff like that you'll hate it, heatly eating will feel like a chore and we don't want that!
