It's a beautiful day for the OMGWTFBBQ. It is on, it is happening. We'll be at Hidden Falls Park today from 12-4. Come on down. Bring your friends. Bring your kids. Bring some food to share. I'll be lighting the grill at about 12, and we'll keep it going all afternoon. Call me if you get lost or whatever - 651-283-0850.

The 2nd installment of the OMGWTFBBQ is happening on Sunday.

The AIDS Walk is also happening on Sunday in Minnehaha park.

I don't think there's a massive outcry if we move it across the river to Hidden Falls Park. So let's do that. Also, beware: the marker on that map page sits directly on top of a GINORMOUS pothole IRL. Don't let it eat your ( Read more... )

It has come to my attention the the Minnesota AIDS Walk starts and ends from Minnehaha Park near the Falls this Sunday Afternoon.

Perhaps we should find an alternative location?

I suggest Hidden Falls Park picnic area, near the boat landing. It's a quiet park, and it's lovely this time of the year. Should be relatively easy to find, too, since ( Read more... )

It's going to be a beautiful day.

We are heading out to the park now with the grill, hoping the rain will hold off 'til late afternoon at least. phoenixredux and I both posted our phone #s to our regular journals, if you need to contact us.
