my head hurts. there is too much badness happening all at once and nothing i can do about it but live with it. i'm going to have to come up with some kind of plan. i just have no where to start. and all this time, i don't know if it's being wasted or if there really is a purpose behind the struggle. i can't think of anything i can do to make myself

it's so hard to distinguish what feelings are justified and which ones are completely absurd. just my brain manipulating the truth into whatever will make me feel the worst. even if it makes less sense.
