I've never had creme brulee, but it looks quite nice. what does it taste like?

Well it's a custard dish with caramelized sugar on top. Usually you'll see a vanilla bean flavor but I've had egg nog and chocolate flavors and when I was looking at pictures I saw pumpkin, coffee and a few other types.

And the consistency isn't like custard in a donut or something... it's a lot firmer than that but still smooth

They're really fun. I work as a waitress over summers and make the cooks let me finish the creme brulees every time I was in the kitchen :)

sweet as, I used to waitress to but all I got to do was pour soup!
oh and scoop icecream then make it all preety-like.

I got my own mini kitchen flame torch for Christmas this year! I love making creme brulee!
