So.  I've arrived successfully, the flight across was a *lot* shorter than i thought it would be.  I saw transformers2 (Which took up a HUUUGE portion of the trip, since i didn't realize it's almost THREE HOURS LONG).  It was exactly what you'd think it would be.  Three hours of robots fighting with people running about underneath.  In short, it ( Read more... )

I am so green with envy right now! (Not envying you with all the flying and everything *shudder*, but everything else!)

I hope you have a blast!! And now that someone's actually posting something to LJ, I might have to update my journal... >_>;;

Oh, and Sarah wants to know, if you find an itty-bitty police box hanging around on a key-chain or whatever, if you could get her one. I think three seasons of Doctor Who are finally rubbing off on her. ;)

Enjoy everything! Just be safe, please. :)

I've come to terms with the fact that you're never going to actually read Walden.

Ohhh jill, how i wish you were here too.

and! i'll have you know, that getting on fbook was NOT the first thing i did once i made it in :P.

Also, i'll have you know i'm thoroughly moving through walden, and really liking what he's saying. though i have to move slowly, since my reading comprehension is apparently shit.

Anyway, i'll be adding all of my irish adventures up here in just a few minutes, so you'll be able to read all about it.

Side note, do you happen to have skype?

Miss you terribly!

So about how long is 'a few minutes' in England, roughly? Also, isn't it like 2 AM over there?

I think I downloaded Skype for Summer '08, but I never used it so I don't know if it works/is still there.

it's about 2am NOW (10:05 est), there was hour-fall-back this weekend i believe, which lets me stay up later...

Anyway, if it does work / you want to try to make it work / you want to add me to see if we're ever EVER on at the same time:

and if you haven't installed it, or don't feel like giving it a try, don't worry about it. I'm probably not going to be terribly around very much, so we might end up using it once before the end of the trip,and i'm sure even when we both make a concerted effort to make it happen.

So don't worry about it if you don't feel like it.

Post forthcoming!
