[So I wrote this up and posted it to ontd_football on the actual anniversary on Friday, but then I started doing other stuff and by the time I remembered that I'd forgotten to post this here, Imageshack was dealing with the hacking problem so the whole post would have been messed up anyways, so I didn't post it, and then I didn't remember until now. Great article by Tiffeny. I was working that day, but I remember following the match on the matchtracker, and Brandi's celebration at the end was commented on by the matchtracker writer!

The trophy and THE BRA (yes, the actual bra in the famous pictures) were both at the Chicago Red Stars/FC Gold Pride match yesterday, along with Tiffeny, Brandi, Kate Markgraf (who just gave birth to twins four weeks ago) and Briana Scurry in celebration of the 10th anniversary.

That bra is a feminist icon all by itself, lol.
