"Allo Gunter, is not the weather wonderful! J'aime la pluie! But you should come up here before you get ill." She shouted down to Gunter with a gleeful smile on her face.

"I'd prefer it to be a little less wet," and he could do without the thunder and lightning too, "but I was most certainly heading inside. I'm certain there is a rather warm bath and hopefully some breakfast awaiting my arrival." Well, at least, the maids would make him something if he asked.

Gise then bounced back to her smudge stick and doused it in the shell. She then lit the sweetgrass braid and blew on it to smolder it. Then she proceeded to do the same with the braid as she was doing with the smudge stick. After she had finished with that she doused that as well in the shell. She then got out the oil burner, lit the candle in the bottom and placed a few drops of fennel oil in the dish. She wafted the vapors over to her face to make sure it wasn't too strong and then pounced on her bed swinging her legs back and forth as she waited for Gunter to come up.
