And how "massive" was that win yesterday....Yippee!
An "away goal" ....oh, priceless !
and there's talk "around the water cooler" that Nando could be out for weeks ! EEK! ....I for one refuse to believe a "twisted ankle" requires that much rehab time ...so fingers crossed he'll be playing the Sunderland match.....I don't even want to consider the last 12 matches without him!
OK....sorry to bring ya down.....lol...it wasn't intentional.....I need "chocolate" now to comfort my worried liverpool heart .

And yes! Win was massive! Latest I've heard about Nando's injury is that he'll be out for this weekend's match but most definitely will be back for the return leg, so it shouldn't be that bad. Only now begs the question, can our other strikers step up to the plate now that Nando's not here (and we don't have Keane) but then again, our midfield has been out-scoring our forwards, haven't they?
I would say that considering we haven't had Nando for much of this season, we're doing marvellously well. AND things bode well for next season when hopefully he won't be out every now and then.

Ooh, yes. Ever since I saw a video of Sergio dancing on the spot with his earphones plugged in, I always see him moving to music everywhere he goes XD. hahaha. *pets Sergio*.
I can't wait for the 2nd leg either! Even though, it's quite sad that one of the teams HAS to be booted out. But so exciting! =)
Thanks for reading and your feedback!

LMAO! That's exactly what I thought when that happened. How very clever of Xabi to notice the potential of the situation and take a shot (after all, he scored a goal just like that in the EPL - against Newcastle in 2006, if I remember correctly - so I knew he could do it), and how very clever of Iker to anticipate the shot and run backwards to parry the shot in the nick of time. Probably the best moment of the entire game.
Oh and he had picked himself up a card. Whilst Sergio hadn’t.
LMAO again! XD I love you for picking up on that. Nando and Sergio have some kind of history with bookings (and sending-offs), don't they? ;)
That dare is so Sergio. XD And even though I would have loved for it to happen, for Sergio to whisper dirty words into Nando's ear and have Nando translate them for Dan via the phone, I'm glad it didn't turn out that way in the end. Trust Nando to be the reasonable one and consider ( ... )

I agree with this wholeheartedly. Can we have an evil version of this fic just because I want to read all about this dare! :P

!! Yes! I would have loved for it to go in (for Xabi) but then poor Iker would have been exposed! So I'm sort of glad that Iker was equal to it because we can see Xabi's skill in that shot already. Got to love Xabi's cheekiness. The ref then ruined it for me by not letting Liverpool take the resulting corner *huffs*. Iker's parry was quite impressive though =) [and I'm adamant that he only save that because Xabi probably does that when they train for Spain together. ;P]

To be honest, I'm very new to this Sernando business. I read it, but I don't have a lot of background info. Someone mentioned something about Madrid derbies and how Sergio and Nando are often at loggerheads with each other. I'm glad that you liked it though! (Even if perhaps, it was unintentional on my behalf! XD)
That dare is so Sergio. XDHmmm. I'm so glad you think so! I was quite nervous about this fic because I had never written Sernando as the main plot before ( ... )
