I think countdown with keith olberman (an msnbc show) had a bit about it last week.

Basically he can declare himself dictator at any time he wants, and keep the power as long as he wants. Including over tribal areas (poor native americans, getting shafted by the US again).

I'm more surprised the people that don't know about it, haven't revolted yet. (although there are signs of it starting in Texas), and I think the stuff the VP is doing is worse. Basically open treason to create a war with Iran.

We were just learning about something like this in social studies. Hilter declared a state of "national security" in order to become a dictator of Germany.
