I wouldn't put it past him, sadly.

I keep saying that Current can't afford to buy him out of his contract, but that doesn't mean they can't make it very uncomfortable for him in the meantime....

BTW, this is for you and your icon. ;-)

He has way more freedom and creative control there than he did on MSNBC. I'd say it's as simple and saying, "No thanks." It doesn't have to mean OMGWTFBBQ.

Fair enough (as I've noted on Twitter, and now added above). ;-)

Who's surprised? Remember when he and Chris Matthews got pulled from the election stuff several years ago? Hell, Keith was barely upset about it.

It's exhausting that everyone keeps trying to make drama where there is none.

I hope that one of the MSNBC editor monkeys does another mashup of Tweety's HA counter for the 2012 campaign (See: this gem). As much as he is often a bonehead... come on. You can't not love the HA!

I think Keith declined because, like many of us here, he may find groups of creepy Republicans talking at length to be exhausting and lethal to brain cells, and didn't want to subject himself to the stupid. Let the young'uns experience the horror instead!
