Well I graduated this weekend. I can add "MDiv" to the alphabet soup behind my name. Melisant and I went ahead and drove to Waxahachie, TX for the ceremony. In some respects, it gave me a bit of closure (like a funeral)... which is nice. Some of the stress seems to be leaving quicker than other semesters

So, my skills in the courtroom and interrigations came in handy this week in front of the CoC board. They really tried to put the screws to us. Luckilly, I am familiar with both and have been in counceling. One of the board members that gave me grief was a counselor. She shifted gears so quick when I demonstratred the "pain & grief; please help me

Well I graduate a week from Friday. I have all but three minor assignmetns complete. Sadly, I am considering a Doctorate in Ministry (also known as a DMin - pronounced close enough to "daemon" to raise eyebrows... which I find exceptionally humorous). So, it's my last semester and I have an "ad-hoc" proff that seems intent on being a weasle. Two of the last three assingmnets he has hammered me about what he wants (dropping a letter grade each time). Get it figure out and get a "good job". What does my "good job" warrant for a grade??? 2pts

Last Tueday we had a soldier on his way home from hurricane recovery duty killed in a traffic accident. I was the only thing close to a chaplain for 3-5 hours, so I did the Death Notification. This is one area where Hollywood does get it right. Two soldiers in dress uniform show up at the person's door and for the three individuals involved (family

So... a local lady is angry at me & my division Friday because it's raining and her event is canceled. Why is she mad at me? Well, we wouldn't close the streets since no one was there and it was being called due to rain. Then what does she say? "This is a benefit to stop the spread of (disorder XYZ)." Well... 'disorder XYZ' is purely genetic.
