I think you can see the Pilot online at Fox - I don't know why they didn't go ahead and start the fall season w/it, it set up the show's universe BEAUTIFULLY. Plus, it had the "Don't Stop Believing" performance that still gives me chills!
I, being the loser I am, managed to delete the newest ep from my DVR after only seeing it twice. DAMMIT! There's a great comm around here, GleeTV, maybe? They've got links for song downloads 'n' stuff, so you can probably find out how to watch the Pilot. And you most definitely should.
