So we heard rumors that a girl in Simon's class does dance at school, so Stacey was going to find out about it this week. As she dropped of Simon however, she saw a line of all of Katies friends in pink leotards, clearly off to their dance lesson. Katie was transfered to a older group this Monday. She wasn't supposed to yet, but apparently there is a little group of girls that the teachers affectionately call "the Divas", and Katie was the only little diva left in her class after the older ones got moved. Simon has the best teacher in the world. Every parent and child love her, all the kids in her class are happy and doing extremely well. So what's the problem you ask? The problem is that she quit! The other day Stacey walked into daycare to find a lego building being saved on the counter. Turns out Katie built it, by herself, and the teachers were so impressed that they saved it for us to see

So I figured out why Katie is now throwing fits at going to sleep time. Her first full day in the older daycare group was today, but prior to that the teachers started teaching her how to sleep on a mat rather then in the crib.
