I feel like my last three months have been a huge waste of my time. It could have been better invested in something else.

Shit. Fuck. And everything else in between.

不知不覺已經兩個月了...我太會浪費時間，也慢慢變成一位大笨蛋。但是真的學了不少。

After staring into the ugly face of society, I realized I can rely on nobody except myself, I can trust nobody, and I am alone. I'm slowly starting to believe that being good in a society like this... can get me nowhere. I will have to put on a mask, one that I hate to wear.

Fuck you world. I will kick you down and laugh in your face one day.

Screw writing down what happened. Shit happened. Craptastically if I might add with a bit of sarcasm.

I need to finish reading the Avatar screenplay (because there's no movie theaters on this island), finish reading brimstone, and get over this cold.

For the past three months, since the beginning of October, I've been serving my alternative service term in PengHu, a vacation spot off the west coast of Taiwan. At 50 minutes flight from Taipei or 5 hours by boat from Kaohsiung, it's a popular tourist area in the warmer seasons. During the colder months, however, there are barely any visitors.
