I already bought it on amazon. :)
I am very interested in the deeper analysis of the characters that you mention.
and I love backstories. Because I love detail.

Wow - I didn't even know there was a book. But what I loved about this movie was actually the people and the plot, not the action, so I love the idea of a book fleshing that all out. I'm off to hunt for it now - thanks so so so much for the review!

I didn't know Peter David wrote the novelization so I'm sold just by that, but I'd also like to read about the bits we didn't see in the movie.
