this is happening?!

I'm trying to add my bank account to my Paypal but this is what it says:

This bank account is disabled for entry into the PayPal website. Please add a different bank account instead. Then they say if I still want to use that account I can fax them my bank statement with a copy of my ID or something like that. This really sucks

Hmm. That's odd. I've never had a problem adding an account to PayPal. If you have Bank of America I could probably walk you through it.

Does your bank offer online banking? If it doesn't, that might be what's making it difficult.

Yeah they offer online banking, I don't know what the problem is! I think i'll just call B of A about it.
